#Hiring: #Program_Manager Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region Employment: Full-Time l On-Site We're looking for a Program Manager to oversee program implementation, coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress, and drive operational improvements. #Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee programs, projects, and improvement initiatives. - Monitor implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Track program performance, KPls, and action plans. - Identify risks, address implementation challenges, and recommend corrective actions. - Coordinate stakeholders and prepare progress reports and management updates. #Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. - 5-7 years of relevant experience in program management, project management, or operational coordination. - Strong planning, stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage. - Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
