The engineer will support maintenance and troubleshooting for ICSS, review control-system documentation, and help with plant turnarounds and facility upgrades. At least 10 years of control-system engineering, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience is required.
WE ARE HIRING | Emerson DeltaV ICSS Engineer PowerPack Oil & Gas Services is seeking an experienced Emerson DeltaV ICSS Engineer to join a major oil & gas operation in Basra. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Support maintenance and troubleshooting activities for Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) ✅ Review control system philosophies, narratives, O&M manuals, and project documentation ✅ Develop and maintain control system performance in accordance with engineering standards and best practices ✅ Troubleshoot operational control system issues and implement corrective actions ✅ Support plant turnarounds, facility upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives ✅ Conduct failure analysis and provide technical recommendations ✅ Verify system performance following modifications and upgrades ✅ Participate in emergency response activities and site emergency drills ✅ Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, JSA, and Risk Assessment requirements ✅ Coordinate effectively with Operations, Maintenance, and third-party contractors Requirements: ✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in control system engineering, maintenance, and troubleshooting ✔ Strong hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV ICSS/DCS systems ✔ Experience with PLC systems, Advanced Process Control, Fire & Gas Systems, and ESD Systems ✔ Strong troubleshooting, engineering modification, configuration, and optimization skills ✔ Excellent English communication skills ✔ Experience in oil & gas production facilities preferred ✔ Iraqi Nationality 📩 Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CVs at: [email protected] #Hiring #ICSSEngineer #DeltaV #Emerson #OilAndGas #DCS #Automation #Instrumentation #Basra #IraqJobs #PowerPack
