📢 WE’RE HIRING | I&C Site Engineer 🏢 Taurus Energy – Bazian Power Plant (BPP) Taurus Energy is seeking a qualified Local Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Site Engineer to join its project team at Bazian Power Plant and support the successful execution of instrumentation and control activities. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and inspect I&C installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards. - Supervise contractors’ site activities and track progress against project schedules. - Review engineering documents, cable schedules, hook-up diagrams, and installation drawings. - Inspect instrument calibration, configuration, setpoints, cable pulling, and termination. - Conduct quality inspections and follow up on material inspections and technical deviations. - Support commissioning activities, including cold and hot loop checks and functional testing. - Support testing of DCS, Gas Turbine Control Systems (Mark VIe), and package PLC systems. - Monitor punch-list clearance and commissioning handover documentation. - Prepare daily site reports and coordinate with the Lead I&C Engineer and other project teams. ✅ Requirements & Technical Skills: - Experience in instrumentation selection and installation, preferably in the power generation industry. - Previous experience in I&C construction activities. - Knowledge of DCS configuration and implementation, PLC, and SCADA systems. - Good understanding of instrument calibration, loop checking, and functional testing. - Ability to read and review engineering drawings, instrument lists, cable schedules, and control logic. 📋 Required Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in OHL/Tower/Gantry installation projects. - At least 2 years of experience in OHL installation projects above 132KV voltage level. 📍 Work Location: Bazian Power Plant (BPP) 📩 How to Apply: Interested and qualified local candidates are invited to submit their updated CVs to: 📧 [email protected] All Kurdistan Jobs | AKJ 📲 Telegram: https://t.me/allkurdistanjobs #All_Kurdistan_Jobs #TaurusEnergy #IandC #SiteEngineer #EngineeringJobs #Bazian #PowerPlantJobs
