Job Vacancy – Warehouse & Inventory Officer 📌 Open to local Kurdistan Region applicants only!!! We are looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Officer with strong technical material knowledge and a good understanding of Item Master Data management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and processing warehouse transactions at SAP Business One. Position Details Position: Warehouse & Inventory Officer Vacancies: 1 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, and standardize Item Master Data in SAP Business One. Identify and classify industrial materials, spare parts, equipment, and consumables. Ensure accurate item naming, coding, specifications, and units of measurement. Identify and prevent duplicate item records. Process Goods Receipt PO (GRPO) and Goods Issue transactions. Verify received materials against Purchase Orders and delivery documents. Maintain accurate records of warehouse stock movements. Support inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies. Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, and Finance departments. Requirements Strong knowledge of industrial materials, spare parts, and technical specifications. Good understanding of Item Master Data, item classification, and naming standards. Familiarity with warehouse receiving, issuing, and inventory control procedures. Ability to read and understand technical datasheets, import manifests, and manufacturer catalogs. Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills. Previous experience in industrial warehouses or manufacturing environments is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of industrial materials and a good understanding of Item Master Data management are the most important qualifications for this position.
