Key Responsibilities: Supervise cleaning staff and monitor their daily performance. Assign duties and organize work schedules according to operational requirements. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all mall facilities and common areas. Monitor staff compliance with cleaning standards, procedures, and safety requirements. Handle operational issues and coordinate with the relevant departments. Prepare reports and follow up on daily cleaning operations. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of previous experience in cleaning supervision or a similar supervisory role. Good command of English. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills. Ability to manage and supervise a cleaning team effectively. Job Details: Salary:900,000 IQD per month. Working Shift: Evening Shift.
