Seeking a DevOps professional to oversee code releases, manage pipelines, implement automation tools, and ensure cybersecurity, supporting cloud and development operations.
DevOps Zibox is a multi-platform Web and Mobile application. The software team build and maintain software solution. The main purpose of ZiBox is everything a user needs «in one box». The user gets a set of useful services and tools using a single account. There is also an opportunity to use services under one interface. It is aimed to make the net surfing for a user much easier. Role Description We are looking for a DevOps who works with developers and the IT staff to oversee the code releases, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding. He maintains a cross-disciplinary skill set that touches upon cloud, development, operations, continuous delivery, data, security and more. Your role: • Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure • Setting up tools and required infrastructure • Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation • Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage • Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management • Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline) • Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management • Learning new technologies to evaluate their potential to simplify our infrastructure, improve availability and reduce costs • Monitoring and maintaining cloud services, dockerized containers and databases • Migrating non-standard components to our standardized infrastructure • Design and build solutions with AWS, Heztner. • Abelity on dealing with linux os and others and SSH commands. Your skills: • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Linux and AWS Services and best practices. • Familiar with continuous delivery CD tools (like AWS CodeDeploy, AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodePipeline, GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab, Spinnaker, Travis or others) • deep knowledge with observability tools (like Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, Amazon SNS, Amazon Elasticsearch Service). • Ability to use infrastructure configuration management, deployment, and versioning tools. • Familiar with common middleware software like web servers (Apache, nginx, Nodejs and others) • experience with scripting languages such as bash, GNU utilities. • A university degree requiring an in-depth study of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, computer architecture, and software engineering OR equivalent experience Working Conditions: • This is a permanent position. • Good in English is required. • Please note this role will be based at our offices in Erbil. • Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00. • Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule If you have the skills required then please send your CV to [email protected] or WhatsApp on +9647507484042 Mention the "DevOps" in the subject of your email.
