The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for: • Oversee Digital Marketing Department: Design and manage all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. • Advertise Company Products/Services: Promote our company and its products/services across various media channels. • Track ROI: Monitor and evaluate the return on investment for marketing campaigns. • Engage in Professional Discussions: Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics. • Monitor Online Presence: Oversee the corporate website and social media pages, addressing client queries promptly. • Manage Campaign Budgets: Develop and monitor budgets for digital marketing campaigns. • Plan Social Media Strategies: Plan and manage our social media platforms to enhance engagement and reach. • Prepare Performance Reports: Generate accurate reports on the overall performance of marketing campaigns. • Coordinate with Experts: Work with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing results. • Identify Trends and Technologies: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. • Evaluate Metrics: Analyze important metrics affecting website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. • Brainstorm Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative growth strategies. Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field. • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role. • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
