Seeking an experienced capacity-building consultant to work with HAMAP Iraq in assessing and improving organizational areas, providing training, and supporting implementation.
[JOIN US] HAMAP-Humanitaire in Iraq is currently seeking a highly qualified capacity-building consultant to join our team. The selected consultant will collaborate with HAMAP Iraq to assess areas in need of improvement and devise an effective plan to address these areas. The consultant will also provide training and support to enable successful implementation of the plan. This will entail working closely with staff, and partners to develop new competencies, enhance existing processes, and introduce novel programs or services.
