Responsibilities: 🔧 Troubleshoot and configure networks, CCTV, and PBX systems. 💻 Provide top-notch tech support to teams and clients. 🖥️ Install and manage IT hardware, software, and assets. 📋 Keep our query system updated and handle ticket resolutions. ⚙️ Assist with server administration (IIS, HyperV, and Domain Controller). 🎓 Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field · with 3+ years of experience. 💡 Skills: · Proficient in network setup and cabling. · Hands-on experience with Hikvision CCTV and PBX systems. · Expertise in helpdesk support and asset management. · 🌐 Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (C1 level).
