Location: Erbil, Iraq About Us: Taj Al-Sharqi for General Trading LTD. is a leading general trading company based in Erbil, providing comprehensive supply chain solutions to the Iraqi market. We specialize in international procurement, transportation & logistics, delivering excellence and building long-term relationships with our clients across various business sectors. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable international suppliers. 2- Obtain quotations and prepare tender submissions. 3- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms. 4- Oversee order management from confirmation to delivery. 5- Coordinate international logistics, customs clearance, and transportation. 6- Support operations and sales teams in daily tasks. 7- Ensure strict quality control and compliance with company standards. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: 1- At least +2 years of experience in international procurement & supply chain management. 2- Strong knowledge of the tendering process. 3- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and Kurdish. 4- Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills. 5- Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability. 6- Proficient in spreadsheets, reports, and data management. Preferred Qualifications: 1- Prior experience or knowledge in Heavy Machinery, Oil & Gas sector, Industrial spare parts & Lubricants sourcing. is a significant advantage. 2- Must be proactive, reliable, and adaptable.
