Location: Erbil Working type: Full Time 09:00-17:00 Gender: (Male) is preferred Job Description: We are looking for a candidate that has experience on site and office, the civil engineer will be responsible for preparing the proposals and filling the tenders and all the other requirements, and all the site duties and works as required, the Civil Engineer is responsible for designing and supervising infrastructure projects. They ensure each project is feasible by analyzing local and environmental impacts and making sure that they can be completed on time within the budget restrictions. Responsibilities and Duties: • Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements. • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. • Analyze and interpret engineering plans, aerial photography, blueprints, topographical & geologic data and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities. • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards. • Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures. Requirements and Qualifications: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of expertise is a must. • Experience with basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering is an addition. • Previous working experience as a civil engineer in Project of factories, refineries, storages Junctions, Roads, and Water Works is preferred. • Ability to manage projects on a local to national basis achieving quality outcomes, financial performance, and client satisfaction. • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and Any other technical documentation as required. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to multitask and Good leadership and team working skills. • Kurdish, English Arabic & language is required.
