Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description: We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Vana Furniture. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have: 1-strong communication skills. 2-fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. 3-the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1-Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services. 2-Handle and resolve customer complaints. 3-Provide product recommendations and assistance to customers based on their needs and preferences. 4-Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5-Utilize advanced MS Office and Outlook skills to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 6-Present Vana Furniture products on social media platforms in an engaging and persuasive manner. 7-Display a camera-friendly presence and deliver compelling presentations in front of a camera. Requirements: 1-Female candidate with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree. 2-At least one year of experience in a customer service role. 3-working hours (9 hours shift).
