Job Title: Marketing Coordinator at Bold Media About the Role We are seeking an organized Marketing Coordinator to drive our daily marketing efforts, manage digital content, and serve as the central hub for our internal and external teams. Core Responsibilities * Campaign Management:Coordinate day-to-day marketing campaigns and write marketing proposals. Ensure timelines are respected and content is delivered on schedule by following up with designers and videographers , and managing copywriting. Track campaign assets such as reels, posts, ads, and emails. * Content Strategy: Prepare content calendars and schedule posts across platforms like Meta Business Suite and TikTok. Upload content , double-check captions, tags, and links , and maintain brand consistency. * Social Media Presence: Be comfortable appearing on camera and actively featuring in our brand's social media videos and posts. * Cross-Functional Communication:Act as the link between the marketing manager, creative team, sales team, and external vendors. * Analytics & Reporting: Monitor basic KPIs including reach, engagement, clicks, and leads. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and flag underperforming campaigns. * Administration & Research:Organize files and manage basic tracking for marketing budgets. Handle invoices for sponsorships and book shoots and locations. Collect competitor data , monitor trends , and gather audience feedback.
