Job Description – Brand Coordinator The Brand Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating key plans for each brand. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers for order placements and marketing activities. 1. Brand Coordination: Coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely order placement. Review order codes and pricing to ensure accuracy upon product receipt. Conduct market research for data collection and competitive benchmarking. Prepare weekly and monthly reports to monitor performance and support strategic planning. Perform market visits to ensure proper implementation of the brand concept. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure business continuity. Work within the set budgets for sales, A&P, and gross profit as directed by the Unit Manager. 2. Promotion and Media: Implement marketing plans to ensure brand awareness and proper product positioning. Prepare offers to meet market demands and enhance customer value. Oversee visual merchandising to effectively promote brands and maintain competitiveness. Coordinate with the internal media team to execute advertising campaigns. Organize, participate in, and support events aligned with the marketing plan. Ensure timely window displays by liaising with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with suppliers to obtain marketing tools in line with brand guidelines. Maintain and update an accurate client database for effective CRM. 3. Stock Management: Support the Brand Manager in forecasting future orders to maintain healthy stock levels. Notify relevant departments about expired goods for proper handling. 4. Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding promotions and product launches to achieve brand objectives. Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing. Fluent in Arabic and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
