As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Logistics and Warehouse Officer to join our passionate team and help us deliver freshness efficiently every day. Job Description: The Logistics and Warehouse Officer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our bakery’s inventory, coordinating supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished products, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse. Responsibilities and Duties: - Receive, store, and distribute bakery ingredients and finished goods. - Ensure accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks. - Coordinate with suppliers and transport services to ensure timely deliveries. - Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in compliance with food safety standards. - Prepare and update logistical reports and delivery schedules. - Collaborate with production and sales teams to forecast demand and align supply accordingly. Qualifications: - Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management (experience in the food industry is a plus). - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – if required). - Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills. - Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in food storage. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
