📢 Job Vacancy: Retail Sales Manager 📍 Location: Erbil (with travel to other cities) 💼 Reports To: General Manager / CEO 👥 Supervises: Shop Supervisors & Sales Associates 🎯 Job Objective Lead and manage King’s retail operations to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and support the expansion of household appliance and kitchen equipment stores across Iraq. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Manage daily retail operations and sales performance of Erbil stores. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Supervise retail teams and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Monitor key KPIs including sales, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates. Coordinate and support new store openings in other cities. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Analyze competitors and monitor market trends. 🎓 Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in retail (appliances/electronics preferred). Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and POS systems. Experience in sales reporting and inventory control. Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic (English is a plus).
