📌 We’re Hiring – Admin Office | Erbil Company: Golden Pipe Co. (Exclusive agent for global brands in piping systems, valves, pumps & motors) 🕘 Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 📍 Location: Erbil ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and edit commercial offers for sales engineers • Coordinate with forwarders and arrange shipments • Maintain client database and customer segmentation • Manage deliveries, banking, exchange, and courier tasks • Input data and offers into the CRM system • Organize meetings, seminars, and events • Handle social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) • Prepare letters, reports, and administrative documents ⸻ Requirements: ✔ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook ✔ Strong organizational and communication skills ✔ Experience with CRM systems and social media is a plus ⸻ 📧 Apply Now: [email protected]
