Job Opportunity: Electrical Technician – Construction Project (HRID) Location: Sulaymaniyah, Hiwa Rauf Investment and Development (HRID) Project Site Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Working Days: 6 days per week Hiwa Rauf Investment and Development is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Electrical Technician to join our team at the HRID construction site. Key Responsibilities: • Ongoing Maintenance: Oversee the temporary electrical distribution system across the site, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely adjustments • Infrastructure Modifications: Carry out minor to medium-level electrical infrastructure changes • Project Familiarization: Begin building a deep understanding of the project’s electrical infrastructure to ensure a smooth transition into a long-term maintenance role • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all electrical work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications • Routine Inspections and Reporting: Conduct routine checks, diagnose issues, and prepare technical reports to support ongoing site operations • Support to Engineers and Contractors: Collaborate closely with internal engineers and external contractors, providing assistance during installation and commissioning phases Required Qualifications and Experience: • Technical diploma in electrical engineering or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within construction projects • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety regulations • Demonstrated ability to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance in a site environment • Computer literacy is required If your qualifications meet the above requirements, we encourage you to apply.
