Responsible for inserting and verifying customer data, preparing source data, generating reports, and maintaining data confidentiality at Global Kurdi Group.
Position title: Data Entry Job location: Erbil Type: Full time Gender: Male Start date: As soon as possible Number of jobs: 1 We, Global kurdi group company for pharmaceuticals & medical appliances, are hiring for the following position: Responsibilities 1.Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits 2.Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry 3.Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output 4.Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents 5.Apply data program techniques and procedures 6.Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations 7.Scan documents and print files, when needed 8.Keep information confidential 9.Respond to queries for information and access relevant files 10.Comply with data integrity and security policies 11.Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions -Requirements and skills 1. Bachelor degree in administrative services, telecommunications, computer sciences or software development. 2.Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk 3.Experience with MS Office and data programs 4.Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks 5.Can speak Kurdish, Arabic, and English fluently.
