Sales Documentation & Invoicing • Generate invoices via Auto Line system. • Prepare and archive vehicle sales contracts. 2. Vehicle Registration Coordination • Monitor vehicle entry and ensure timely registration with the Traffic Directorate. • Liaise with the registration team. 3. Document Management • Archive all documents and customer authorizations. • Maintain accurate and accessible records. 4. Branch Support • Oversee sales documentation for Akre and Diana branches. • Coordinate administrative processes with Duhok and Sulaymaniyah branches. 5. Reporting & Process Improvement • Prepare reports on registration and documentation. • Support enhancement of sales admin procedures. ⸻ ✅ Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in administration or sales support. • Proficient in Auto Line & Microsoft Office. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Detail-oriented and team player. ⸻ 🕒 Working Conditions & Benefits: • Schedule: 6 days/week, 9 hours/day (includes 1-hour break) • Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & qualifications) • Leave: Annual & public holidays available • Other: Communication allowance included
