Program Officer – Duhok (Part-Time) Free to Run | Advancing Gender Equity Through Sport. This role involves implementing community-based running and life skills programs, coordinating volunteers and logistics, engaging with families and local partners, supporting monitoring and reporting, and contributing to events and social impact storytelling. The Program Officer works closely with the Senior Program Officer and plays a key role in strengthening women’s leadership and participation. Key Details: • Location: Duhok (with occasional travel within KRI) • Part-time: ~20 hours/week • Compensation: Based on experience, aligned with local market rates • Languages: English & Arabic required; Kurdish preferred Ideal candidates have experience in community development or NGO programs, strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for gender equity, and the ability to work flexibly with diverse communities.
