Job Opportunity | Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Multimedia Agency (MA) is looking for an exceptional, results-driven leader to take on the role of: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: Erbil | Full-time We are seeking a highly commercial and strategic executive to lead the agency’s vision, drive sustainable growth, and position MA as a market leader in advertising, media, and event solutions across Iraq and beyond. Role Overview: As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and commercial success of the agency. You will drive expansion, strengthen partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across all business units. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and execute the agency’s long-term vision and strategy Identify growth opportunities across media, advertising, outdoor, and events sectors Build a high-performance culture focused on innovation and accountability Business Growth & Expansion Drive revenue growth through new business development and partnerships Expand market presence across Iraq and regional markets Lead large-scale campaigns and integrated media solutions Client & Partnership Management Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and international organizations Represent the agency in high-level negotiations and strategic discussions Position MA as a trusted and innovative partner Operations & Financial Leadership Ensure efficient operations across all departments Lead budgeting, financial planning, and performance tracking Identify new revenue streams and ensure profitability Events & Brand Experience Oversee execution of major events and brand activations Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and commercial impact Team & Organizational Development Build and lead high-performing teams Attract, develop, and retain top talent Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence 📈 Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience, including 5+ years in media, advertising, marketing, or events Proven track record in business growth, revenue expansion, and partnerships Strong expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operations Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Experience working with major brands, multinational companies, or large institutions Languages Required: English, Arabic, Kurdish Send your CV to: [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
