Al-Sulaymanyia company for dairy and food production is looking for the following positions to join our sales team in **Mosul** : 1- **Sales Supervisor.** Key Responsibilities : - Supervise and coordinate daily sales team activities to ensure targets are met. - Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies aligned with company objectives. - Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and prepare regular sales reports. - Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and productivity. - Ensure strong relationships with clients and address customer issues professionally. - Coordinate with management and other departments to support business growth. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and market regulations. **Requirements** : - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - minimum 4 years of work experience in the sales field (previous leadership role will be preferred). - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and prepare accurate reports. - Proficiency in English and MS Office are mandatory. --------------------------------------------- 2- **Sales Manager**. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth. - Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance. - Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare reports. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. - Coordinate with internal departments to support overall business objectives. - Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and sales procedures. **Requirements** : - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 6 years as a proven experience in sales management or a senior sales leadership role. - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
