We are Hiring 📢📢 Job Title: IT Officer We are seeking a reliable and skilled IT Officer to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and provide technical support across all departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of computer systems, networks, communication systems, and security technologies while providing timely technical assistance to staff. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and administer company email systems, user accounts, and access permissions. - Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktop computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment. - Maintain and support the company's network infrastructure, including internet connectivity, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems. - Troubleshoot and maintain security camera systems (CCTV) and other security technologies. - Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees. - Maintain inventory of IT equipments. - Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT services and equipment when required. Qualifications & Requirements: - Good level of English Language both written and spoken. - Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or network management. - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting. - Familiarity with email systems (Microsoft 365 / Outlook), CCTV systems, and network equipment. - Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection. - Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
