Position: Showroom Supervisor Gender: Male/Female Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field Experience: 2 years in the same field Language: Kurdish, Arabic, and English Location: Erbil Working Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (Sat-Thurs) Duties and Responsibilities: 1 . Sales Team Management: The supervisor is responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve sales goals. 2. Achieving sales goals: Set specific sales goals for the team and ensure that they are achieved by following up on employee performance, analyzing data, and taking corrective action when needed. 3. Improving customer experience: It is concerned with ensuring customer satisfaction and providing high-level and professional customer service to increase the percentage of satisfaction and loyalty. 4.. Organizing events and promotion: Supervises the organization of promotional events to attract more customers and enhance the reputation of the hall 5. Inventory Follow-up: It monitors inventory levels and ensures the availability of the required cars in different colors and specifications. 6. Negotiate and close deals: Trains the sales team on negotiation and customer handling skills to successfully complete deals. 7. Provide management reports: Prepare periodic reports for management that include analysis of performance, revenues, sales, challenges, and opportunities. 8. Follow up on industrial trends: Keep abreast of industrial developments and the latest technologies and products to ensure the competitiveness of the lounge. 9.
