Job Announcement – 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭 & 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 Iraq | Full-time TAURUS is seeking an experienced Fleet & Transportation Lead to manage and oversee all fleet operations, including employee transportation, light and heavy vehicles, and workshop activities. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective fleet utilization while maintaining full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Fleet Operations Management: Manage all company vehicles including buses, private cars, heavy vehicles, and service equipment Ensure vehicle availability to support daily operations Optimize vehicle allocation and fleet utilization Employee Transportation: Plan and manage employee transportation schedules and routes Ensure safe and timely transportation services Manage rental buses and evaluate cost efficiency Maintenance Management: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs Supervise workshop operations (in-house and external) Ensure timely servicing, inspection, and certification of vehicles Maintain accurate maintenance records Fuel & Cost Control: Monitor fuel consumption and analyze usage reports Implement cost-saving initiatives and prevent misuse Monitoring & Reporting: Track vehicle movement using GPS systems Prepare reports on utilization, downtime, fuel usage, and maintenance costs Investigate accidents and misuse incidents Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles are licensed, insured, and compliant Enforce driver safety procedures and company policies Support HSE requirements and conduct regular inspections Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments on transportation needs Liaise with workshops, suppliers, rental companies, and authorities Manage vendor performance and service agreements 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: 80% office-based 20% field and operational duties 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related field Valid driving license (Kurdistan Region) suitable for buses 5–8 years of experience in fleet management or transportation supervision Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and workshop operations Experience in budgeting and cost control Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and fleet management software Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: Planning & organization Cost control mindset Analytical thinking Leadership & supervision Negotiation skills Problem-solving Strong coordination ability 📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply via the link below: 👉 [**https://lnkd.in/gJdUXMkG**](https://www.linkedin.com/safety/go/?url=https%3A%2F%2Flnkd%2Ein%2FgJdUXMkG&urlhash=LBmN&mt=HpIzZL0sTWPlhnXq3tx4dWGmPdhQMB-9Lyx7XSFr-U6MGRyRpyDw30-T8WfyEN0yGE1HhOx08MOFw1OAReXrA3yur5p29e-BkfANRZQtR878XygAarTstDtlIQ&isSdui=true)
