Seeking a Senior IT PMO Specialist to lead project planning, governance, and delivery for fintech infrastructure projects in Baghdad. Responsible for managing IT initiatives, enforcing standards, and coordinating teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Tabadul is looking to hire a Senior IT PMO Specialist (Fintech) Location: Baghdad On-Site As we are building and operating payment infrastructure and digital financial services. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, control, and accountability across our growing portfolio of IT initiatives. This role is responsible for project planning, execution governance, and delivery control across complex systems including payments, integrations, and digital channels. What you will do: - Lead project planning and execution tracking across all IT initiatives - Establish and enforce PMO governance and delivery standards - Act as a control gate for technical teams (scope, readiness, timelines) - Ensure teams are aligned and working towards clear delivery outcomes - Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors - Track progress, identify delays, and drive resolution - Maintain full visibility on status, risks, and ownership Requirements: - 5+ years in IT PMO / Project Management - Experience in fintech, payments, or banking systems is strongly preferred - Strong ability to enforce structure and challenge teams - Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications) This role suits someone who prefers ownership and control over IT projects flow, is comfortable challenging teams and pushing for clarity, and can operate in a complex environment with multiple systems and stakeholders.
