FIB is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Payment Gateway Specialist in Sulaymaniyah & Duhok. As a Payment Gateway Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all businesses and applications to provide them with payment gateway solutions through FIB. This role includes continuous follow-up and support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1.Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably related to financial services or technology. 2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3.The ability to handle rejection with a cool temperament. 4.Outstanding negotiation skills with a knack for resolving issues and addressing complaints effectively. 5.
