Experienced pipeline construction manager and supervisor needed to oversee pipeline projects in Erbil, Iraq, including managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Required experienced Pipeline Construction Manager / Supervisor to join Oil & Gas EPC project team in Erbil, Iraq. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic pipeline construction project in a professional and supportive environment. What You’ll Do: Oversee all pipeline construction activities on-site, including trenching, welding, coating, laying, and testing. Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with engineering specifications and quality standards. Supervise teams, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, manage costs, and report updates to management. Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges. Promote a strong HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) culture on-site. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Pipeline Engineering (or equivalent). 8–15 years of experience in pipeline construction within the Oil & Gas EPC sector. Solid understanding of pipeline construction techniques, welding, NDE, coating, and testing. Familiarity with international pipeline standards (ASME, API, ISO). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven commitment to safety and quality standards.
