Requires a Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration and 7-10 years of HR experience.
HR Manager – Master Group We’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and develop our people strategy across all Master Group subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. - Oversee recruitment, talent pipelines, and succession planning. - Manage performance reviews, employee engagement, and training programs. - Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor laws and internal HR policies. - Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits structures. - Drive HR digitalization and reporting systems. Requirements: - Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s preferred). - 7–10 years of HR experience, including 3+ in management. - Strong knowledge of Iraqi labor law & HR systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP). - Excellent leadership, communication, and bilingual (Arabic/English) skills.
