Taraz is Hiring: Sales Manager Location: Baghdad - Al Mansour Taraz is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in field sales leadership and performance management. The role is responsible for driving sales results, aligning performance across locations, developing sales teams, and enhancing customer experience in line with the company’s commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Directly oversee sales performance across company locations and monitor results on an ongoing basis • Develop operational and sales plans for each location based on market opportunities • Follow up with location managers or sales supervisors and evaluate sales team performance in the field • Analyze daily and monthly sales results, identify weak points, and implement practical corrective actions • Increase closing rates and improve the quality of customer interaction across sales locations • Ensure compliance with the company’s approved sales policies, pricing, and promotional offers • Coordinate with warehouses, supply, and management to ensure product availability and support sales activity • Monitor market trends and competitors, and provide recommendations for improvement or expansion • Prepare accurate periodic reports on sales performance, results, and business needs • Achieve sales targets and improve overall profitability Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of practical experience in sales • Proven experience in showroom sales or multi-location sales management • Strong ability to lead teams and deliver results • Strong analytical, follow-up, and decision-making skills • Bachelor’s degree is required • Experience in product-based companies or retail sectors is preferred To apply, please send your CV to: [email protected] For inquiries, please contact: 009647880006211
