Solid numeracy and literacy skills to manage parts documentation accurately. Ability to identify parts using catalogues, microfiches, or electronic systems. Understanding of vehicle components to recommend related parts to customers. Basic sales skills to promote parts and accessories effectively. Customer-oriented mindset with a professional approach to service.
