Job Title: Training Manager - Expat Country/Location: Iraq - Erbil Report To: General Manager Responsibilities and Tasks: - Conduct comprehensive training sessions for all drivers, outlining their roles and duties in alignment with operational requirements as directed by the Operations Manager. - Ensure the discipline and effectiveness of the workforce through regular toolbox talks. - Oversee the operation and deployment of Quick Reaction Force (QRF) teams for emergencies as per protocol. - Develop and maintain daily driver schedules for designated routes. - Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system containing records for over 20 drivers. - Conduct thorough investigations into all accidents, maintain accurate accident files, identify the root causes, and implement necessary preventive actions. - Prepare Personal Security Detail (PSD) teams for the safe transfer of expatriates to designated field locations as required by clients. - Promptly respond to emergency calls from clients and take appropriate action. - Supervise vehicle movements to ensure compliance with Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) regulations. - Demonstrate the ability to identify critical issues swiftly and accurately. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations within a military, law enforcement, emergency services, or private enterprise security operations center. - Working knowledge of communication systems and protocols. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in ensuring safe operations and pollution prevention measures.
