Position: Production Manager Location: Erbil Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily manufacturing operations on the production floor Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient workflow Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines Implement and enforce safety guidelines and practices Supervise production staff, including training and performance evaluations Conduct regular equipment and machinery inspections Analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities Develop and maintain standard operating procedures Resolve production issues and operational conflicts Maintain inventory levels and manage raw material orders Report production metrics to senior management Ensure products meet required quality standards before shipment Manage production budgets and control operational costs Apply lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste Promote a positive and productive work environment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory roles Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their CV in PDF format to: H**[email protected]**** **Subject Line: Production Manager - Erbil
