We’re Hiring | Human Resources Specialist 📍 Location: Iraq - Basra 🏢 Department: Human Resources & Administration 🧭 Reporting To: Head of Human Resources We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our HR & Administration team. This role will play a key part in managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with labor legislation. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full recruitment and selection processes in coordination with hiring managers. • Maintain accurate employee records, job descriptions, organizational charts, and salary data • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. • Handle payroll inputs, benefits administration, allowances, and leave management. • Administer health and life insurance programs. • Support performance management cycles and probation evaluations. • Coordinate training and development initiatives. • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and workplace compliance. • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal policies. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 5–7 years of experience in a similar HR role. • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. • HR certification is a plus. 📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply by sending their CV to **[email protected]** .
