HR Officer لدى شركة تعمل في قطاع النفط والغاز في محافظة البصرة 📍 الموقع: البصرة – العراق (للساكنين في البصرة فقط) 🕒 الخبرة المطلوبة: 2–3 سنوات 👤 الجنس: ذكور فقط معرفة قوية بعمليات Recruitment وعلاقات الموظفين Employee Relations. إلمام بسياسات HR Policies وقانون العمل العراقي وإدارة شؤون الموظفين. خبرة في إدارة الحضور والانصراف، الإجازات، وتنسيق الرواتب Payroll Coordination. مهارات تواصل وتنظيم جيدة. إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office. 🔹 المهام والمسؤوليات: إدارة عمليات Recruitment وإجراءات التعيين و Onboarding. حفظ وتحديث سجلات الموظفين ووثائق HR Documentation. دعم إدارة الأداء وعلاقات الموظفين Performance Management & Employee Relations. ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وقوانين العمل المحلية. المساعدة في إدارة الرواتب والإجازات. 📩 طريقة التقديم: يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني: **[email protected]**
