Open Vacancy: Sales Lady for a marketing agency in Erbil Essential Duties · Measuring the needs of potential customers to be able to write offers. · Conducting direct negotiations with key clients and monitoring contract performance and building relationships with clients. . Issuing competitive offers to existing and future customers. · Providing solutions and alternatives to customers. · Follow up regularly with customers. · Adjust contracts to meet the customers’ needs and requirements. · Conduct Sales calls and visits for existing customers. · Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention & pricing. · Handling Sales Meetings and submitting tenders & contracting new corporate deals. · Contracting with new corporate accounts and finalizing contracting conditions. · Meet the requirements of the Sales department’s key performance targets set by the company. · Follow up the purchasing process for newly signed orders. · Design and optimize the processes of the Sales department activities. Ensure the Effective implementation of the processes. · Forecast short-term and long-term Sales targets and plans. Qualifications & Competencies . Graduate. . Owns a car. · 2+ years of experience in a sales role. · Track record of previous sales quotas and achievements. . English and Arabic, Kurdish is an advantage. · Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices. ·Ability to solve complex problems by suggesting solutions that make the customers satisfied. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Strong search and writing quote skills.
