هەلی کار بۆ ئەندازیاری Manufacturer and production Engineer هەولێر Job Description Manufacturer and production Engineer A company in KRG for electrical industries which working on manufacturing electrical panels, Kiosk, MSS and E-Houses, looking for a Mechanical or Manufacturing and Industrial Engineer based in Erbil, Production and Manufacturing Engineering is a dynamic field that focuses on the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing systems. It's all about optimizing efficiency, improving product quality, and reducing production costs in the manufacturing process, and follow these tasks: - 1. Manage the production plant with all works by studding of making safe and effective production cycles for changing crude materials into finished products. 2. Nesting and cutting process of the projects, approve and checking the nesting layout before activating the cutting process prepare the cutting reports pf the projects. 3. Leading the production line through a healthy environment. 4. Securing the line & the staff personal safety. 5. Controlling and securing the line of the staff availability and capability to do the job in high quality. 6. Securing the production line of (staff & machines). 7. Securing the up timing of the raw material availability within factory policy. 8. Securing the implementation of the design in economical and less waste ways. 9. Securing the factory rules of ISO, license, Lean production process, …etc. 10. Is to steady with the factory on how to improve the production process. 11. Securing the machine’s operation in healthy and long-life conditions. 12. Securing the tools and machines accessories to implement the future design. 13. Checking the job order and the BOM and related drawings. 14. Managing the use of the available raw material with minimum waste. 15. Is to be scheduling the process stages according to the Raw material availability schedule. 16. Managing the production line process to do the job within the limited period mentioned. 17. Controlling the technology process to avoid any defect in the product or the machines. 18. Is to organize the machine’s stops and shutdowns due to preventive maintenance without affecting the production schedule (Provide equipment operation instructions and periodic equipment maintenance instructions by organizing schedules for each machine). 19. Is to be issuing the material used for projects and production reports daily, monthly Etc. 20. Is to secure quality control at the end of each process. 21. Securing the factory rules and instructions. 22. Industrial Automation and Robotics: Focuses on technologies that increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. 23. Any other related works.
