MISS: HVAC Supervisor (Contingency Hire) – Erbil Company: KBR Program: MISS – U.S. Department of State Support Location: Erbil, Iraq Employment: Full Time (Contingent on Award) A highly experienced HVAC Supervisor is sought to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems supporting U.S. diplomatic facilities. This role oversees critical mechanical infrastructure, ensures safety compliance, and maintains operational readiness in a demanding environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise maintenance and repair of AC units, package systems, chillers, pumps, VAVs, heaters, and refrigeration equipment Troubleshoot control boards and high-voltage systems Ensure Environmental Health & Safety and QA standards Maintain documentation, reports, and work orders Provide rapid response support and remain on-call as required Lead teams while coordinating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders Basic Qualifications High school diploma with vocational HVAC training 10+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform field labor Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Active U.S. passport, driver’s license, and required security clearance (Secret or MRPT) https://careers.kbr.com/us/en/job/R2118621/MISS-HVAC-Supervisor-Contingency-Hire
