Join Sandra ice cream as CCTV Operator Location: Erbil Type: Full-Time Application Window: 11–28 February 2026 Sector: Information Technology Role Overview Monitor CCTV systems across factory and office areas, ensuring safety, compliance, and prompt reporting of incidents. Support IT operations including Ethernet cabling, system maintenance, and emergency response under the guidance of the IT Manager. Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activity, rule violations, or emergencies Oversee fire alarm systems, verify alarms, and respond appropriately Assist with Ethernet cabling, CCTV installation, and IT system troubleshooting Communicate effectively with internal departments Support emergency procedures, including coordination with civil defense and firefighting teams Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements Fresh graduate in IT or related field preferred Basic technical and cabling skills Ability to work under pressure with rotating shifts (day/night) Good communication and reporting skills Languages: Arabic and Kurdish (required), English (advantageous) Prior CCTV or security experience is recommended Work Conditions Rotating 8-hour shifts 6-day workweek Fast-paced, high-pressure environment Application Send CV to [email protected] Subject line: CCTV Operator – Erbil
