Provide technical support for internet connectivity issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalate complex issues, and communicate with customers. Ensure service level agreements are met.

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Company: GigaNet Key Responsibilities • Receive and handle inbound customer calls, emails, and support tickets related to technical issues. • Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues (fiber, wireless, routers, modems, and customer premises equipment). • Resolve issues remotely whenever applicable within defined service procedures. • Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to the NOC department with complete and accurate information. • Follow up on escalated cases and keep customers informed of progress and resolution. • Log all cases, actions, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system. • Provide basic guidance to customers on device configuration and service usage. • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and response time targets. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or ISP environment . • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi). • CCNA or CCNP certificate is preferred.
