نحن نقدر جميع المتقدمين المهتمين ولكن فقط أولئك الذين لديهم خبرة في العمل في مجال السيارات قد يتقدمون مطلوب للعمل في شركة مقرها أربيل مدير مبيعاتت مختص في مجال السيارات: ذو خبرة طويلة وخلفية قوية في مجال مبيعات السيارات يدير ويشرف على نمو مبيعات الشركة وأهدافها. يقود مدير المبيعات فريق المبيعات من خلال توفير التوجيه والتدريب والإرشاد -تحديد حصص المبيعات والأهداف -إنشاء خطط المبيعات وتحليل البيانات وتعيين مناطق المبيعات. إدارة المبيعات التنظيمية من خلال تطوير خطط العمل، وتحقيق الأهداف المخطط لها، التنسيق مع قسم التسويق بشأن إنشاء قوائم العملاء المحتملين. الإشراف على أنشطة وأداء فرق المبيعات من خلال تتبع الأهداف وتحديد أهداف المبيعات وتسهيل تدريب موظفي المبيعات. المهارات اللغوية: يجيد اللغتين العربية والكردية. Is needed A senior-level employee that manage and oversee a company’s sales growth and objectives. A Sales Manager leads a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building teams. Manage organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with a marketing department on lead generation. Oversee the activities and performance of sales teams by tracking goals, setting sales targets, and facilitating the training of sales personnel. Language Skills: Fluent both in the Arabic and Kurdish languages. (English is a plus) Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members; Professional, well-groomed personal appearance; Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve.
