Job Title: Project Coordinator / Engineering Assistant Company: Nippur Solutions Location: Erbil, Iraq Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Engineering Assistant to support our project management and fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in mechanical, energy, or industrial engineering and experience in fabrication, tank/container projects, or steel structures. Responsibilities: * Assist in coordinating fabrication and installation projects (fuel/water tanks, containerized units). * Prepare and manage technical documentation, drawings, proposals, delivery notes, and reports. * Follow up with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding materials, approvals, and deliveries. * Track project progress and update project schedules and minutes of meetings (MoM). * Support quality control and ensure projects meet technical and safety standards. * Handle office coordination tasks related to engineering projects. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience in project coordination in fabrication or engineering projects. * Knowledge of technical standards (e.g., ASME, ISO) is a plus. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and documentation management. * Able to work independently and support a dynamic project environment.
