Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architectural engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in architectural engineering, preferably on construction sites or large-scale projects. Fluency in Kurdish and English Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and other design tools. Solid knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and engineering standards. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines. Strong communication and teamwork abilities The Architect will ensure that appropriate Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes are established and maintained. The architect will be fully responsible for the finishing work and will work closely with the mechanical and electrical crews to install utilities. The Architect will be responsible for coordinating all submissions and drawings from subcontractors and other to event LPC. Identify and resolve design conflicts or issues during the construction phase. Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and timelines for architectural elements.
