Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree may be preferred. 2. Proven experience in HR management, administration, and employee relations, with at least 5-7 years in a senior HR role. 3. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 4. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. 7. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications. 8. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 9. Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) may be advantageous. 10. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
