NES Fircroft is looking for a Senior Geologist with 12+ years of experience in reservoir management, waterfloods, and analysis of well surveillance data for a major operator in Basra.
NES Fircroft are looking for a Senior Geologist to support a major operator in Basra, Iraq. This will be a 12 month renewable contract working a 28/28 rotation. The Senior Geologist role is accountable for production delivery, day to day management of these giant reservoirs, its world-class waterfloods and the activity sets underpinning the 0-8Q operating plan. Required Criteria & Qualifications • BSc degree in a geoscience discipline. • Extensive and relevant technical experience (including previous role in Reservoir Management team), 12+ years • Deep experience of managing mature oil fields under water flood • Experience of using a variety of classical and analytical techniques to aid reservoir management. • Experience in analysis of well surveillance data. • Experience of using software packages like Decisionspace and ArcGIS. https://www.nesfircroft.com/job/senior-geologist-10227/
