Logistics Officer Opportunity in Duhok – Yakdar Organization Yakdar Organization is looking for a dedicated Logistics Officer to join our team in Duhok from October 5 – October 9, 2025. This is a full-time role in Administration, Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: Procure and purchase goods and supplies with cost-effectiveness and quality in mind. Maintain trust & transparency: accurate purchase documentation and financial tracking. Manage vendors, negotiate best prices, and ensure service agreements. Process invoices, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper storage and coding. Coordinate logistics: timely delivery, proper handling, and field oversight of assets. Office & equipment maintenance, asset tracking, budget monitoring, and cost control. Plan and execute event logistics, ensuring smooth coordination with teams and suppliers. Monthly reporting to Finance Officer with detailed procurement and logistics updates. Requirements: Male candidates only. Fluent in English, Arabic, and Kurdish, spoken and written. Past experience in buying, selling, and basic accounting required. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of work experience, NGO experience is a plus. Must have own car and reside in Duhok city (fuel costs covered).
