HR OFFICER job opportunity Erbil Dr.Atyaf Centers -Medical Responsibilities: -Manage the corporate office with Admin and Coordinator - Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management -Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed -Work on developing payroll system -Creating company policies and procedures -Provide counseling on policies and procedures -Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding -Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, and federal regulations -Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities -Arrange with upper management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives -Conduct performance and salary reviews Requirements: -Minimum of 5 or more years of previous work experience in the field of human resources. -The position requires a bachelor’s degree -Experience with Microsoft Office -language skills: Kurdish, English, and advanced Arabic .
