A multinational company in Kirkuk is seeking a Production Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience and a Process Operator with 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include overseeing production operations, ensuring quality, and managing workflow.
NEW VACANCIES IN- Kirkuk- Altun Kupri A multinational company needs to add up to their factory team and is looking for: Please note that the person needs to have experience working in a factory (Open for Iraqi nationals only) Production Supervisor (Having at least 5 years' experience in a Production Supervisory role is required) 1- Oversee the production operations. 2- Guarantee that processing remains smooth and efficient by maintaining the employees and organization flow. 3- Ensure that maximum quality product is delivered within minimum cost. 4- Implementation documentation, ISO, GMP and quality policies and procedures as per NADA. 5- Organizing workflow, assigning responsibilities, and preparing duty schedule for production team. 6- Oracle data management. 8- Setting goals and KPI’s for team. 9- Managing production schedule vs planning. 10- SOP’s and OPL system creation. Process Operator (Having 3 years experience in a factory as a Process Operator is required) 1- Material issuance as per recipe and inventory tracking. 2- Monitoring machines and equipment’s cleanness and staff hygiene. 3- Ensuring smooth machine running. 4- Documentation and food safety implementation during processing. 5- Monitoring all OPRP’s and CCP’s during processing. 6- Creation of SOP’s as per requirements. 7- Supervising mixing operators during mixing and material preparation. 8- Implementing and monitoring CIP, SIP and GMP programs. 9- Training of other operators. Filling Operator and Line Operator (Having experience working on KHS or KRONES machines is required) 1- Machine operating properly. 2- Implementing cleaning and hygiene of machine & working area. 3- Documentation and machine data recording during processing. 4- Performing and monitoring machine CIP,daily& weekly cleaning. 6- Monitoring packaging material during processing. 7- Troubleshooting. 8- Material issuance and inventory tracking. 9- Training of other operators if needed. Mixing Operator (Having experience in working on KHS or KRONES Machines is required) 1- Prepare materials used in batching as per recipe. 2- Batch preparation and using of HMI correctly. 3- FEFO implementation. 4- Implementing cleaning and hygiene as per the company standards GMP. 5- Handling CIP chemicals. 6- Filters monitoring frequently. 7- Implementing company documentation system. 8- WIP calculation at end of production.
