Seeking an experienced HR Manager for a Basra-based petroleum solvents factory. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee attendance, payroll, employee relations, performance evaluation, and compliance with company policies and Iraqi laws.
مصنع للمذيبات النفطية في البصرة بحاجة الى مدير موارد بشرية للمصنع المهام الرئيسية: • تنسيق عمليات التوظيف وإجراءات الانضمام للموظفين الجدد. • متابعة الحضور والإجازات وإعداد بيانات الرواتب الشهرية. • معالجة مشاكل الموظفين ودعم التواصل بين الإدارة والفروع. • المشاركة في تقييم الأداء وتنسيق برامج التدريب. • حفظ ملفات الموظفين وضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة والقوانين المحلية. المتطلبات: • شهادة جامعية في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال او مايعادلها • خبرة لاتقل عن 7سنوات فعلية في الموارد البشرية، ويفضّل في مجال المصانع والمعامل • معرفة بقانون العمل العراقي ومهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية. إذا كنت تمتلك خبرة قوية، ورؤية استراتيجية لإدارة رأس المال البشري — فنحن نبحث عنك. 📧 للمهتمين، يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية أو الاستفسار عبر البريد الإلكتروني: [email protected]
